We now offer free shipping on all orders above £60*.

1. Orders are normally processed and despatched within 1-2 business days, excluding Bank Holidays and weekends.
2. Delivery charges are calculated based on overall parcel weight including packaging.
3. All orders will be shipped via your chosen shipping provider.
4. Parcels above 20kg will be shipped with UPS. 
5. We ship worldwide and our website calculates shipping based on your delivery address.
6. If you purchase products that would fit in a slim A4 envelope or smaller then please contact us for reimbursement of excess shipping.

Please note all shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and VAT in the local country according to local regulations (please review your country rules for personal purchase thresholds). These fees are the responsibility of the customer receiving delivery. The courier/shipping agent should contact you for payment before delivery. Please look out for correspondence from the local agent. In any event where parcels are returned/rejected due to non payment of customs fees, shipping charges will not be refunded.
